Dr. Ann Blakely Jimerson earned her medical degree from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas.
She completed her pediatric residence at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Dr. Jimerson is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics. With a special interest in neonatology and asthma, Dr. Jimerson began her practice in 1997 and returned to her home state to join the Texas Gulf Coast Medical Group in 2011.

Dr. Jimerson’s philosophy in medicine is to aim for the best overall health and wellbeing of all infants, children, adolescents and young adults. She is a strong advocate of preventive medicine; however she also welcomes the challenge of treating illnesses.

Dr. Jimerson and her husband, a college professor, enjoy participating in their two children’s multitude of education and extracurricular activities. In her spare time she enjoys racquetball and gardening.
